Preliminary Services (Early 2016 to Mid-2017) – Component 1 (Basis of Design)
Component 1 generally involves: assisting GHWP (Design-Builder) development of the Basis of
Design and Project cost estimates based upon the Basis of Design.
Component 2 (Design Development)
Component 2 generally involves assisting GHWP (Design-Builder) development of the Project design to a level of detail sufficient for execution of the GMP Amendment for Final Design and Construction services. GHWP will be soliciting the MWSBE community for the following scopes of work:
